Terms of Service
By using Novo Repairs services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking our services.
1. Services
Novo Repairs provides professional mobile automotive repair and maintenance services. All services are performed at your selected location (home, office, or other).
2. Pricing
All prices quoted include parts and labor. A mobile service fee of $59 applies to all appointments.
3. Warranty
We offer a 12-month or 12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
4. Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
1. Inspection Services
- If an inspection is cancelled 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment, a $50 fee applies.
- If an inspection is cancelled within 24 hours (1 day), a $100 fee applies.
2. Jobs with Parts Ordered
- If a job that includes ordered parts is cancelled 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment, 30% of parts cost will be charged.
3. Standard Job Cancellation
- If a job is cancelled within 24 hours (1 day), 30% of total job cost will be charged.
4. Mechanic Assignment and Dispatch
- If cancelled within 24 hours and a mechanic has already been assigned, 50% of total job cost will be charged.
- If cancelled within 12 hours and the mechanic is on the way or has already arrived, 100% of total job cost (full charge) will be charged.
Notes
- Timeframes are calculated based on the scheduled appointment time.
- Charges are applied to compensate for reserved time, preparation, and logistics.
