Terms of Service

By using Novo Repairs services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking our services.

1. Services

Novo Repairs provides professional mobile automotive repair and maintenance services. All services are performed at your selected location (home, office, or other).

2. Pricing

All prices quoted include parts and labor. A mobile service fee of $59 applies to all appointments.

3. Warranty

We offer a 12-month or 12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

4. Cancellations

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

Inspection Services

If an inspection is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
If an inspection is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $100 cancellation fee applies.

Jobs with Parts Purchased or Ordered

For any scheduled service requiring parts that have already been purchased or ordered, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the cost of those parts upon cancellation.

Standard Job Cancellation

For scheduled repair or service jobs, the cancellation fee is $100 per scheduled labor hour, plus 50% of the cost of any parts purchased or ordered for the scheduled service.

Mechanic Assignment and Dispatch

If a cancellation occurs after a mechanic has been assigned or dispatched, the applicable cancellation charges will include the scheduled labor and parts charges described above.
If the mechanic has already arrived or work has commenced, additional charges may apply for services already performed.

Notes

Cancellation timeframes are calculated based on the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation charges compensate NOVO Repairs for reserved technician time, scheduling commitments, preparation, parts procurement, and logistics.
The applicable cancellation fee for a scheduled repair service is $100 per scheduled labor hour, plus 50% of the cost of any parts purchased or ordered for that service.
