1. Services Provided
NOVO Repairs connects customers with independent mobile mechanics for automotive repair services at the customer’s location. All repairs are requested by the customer based on their understanding of the issue. We do not perform diagnostics unless explicitly agreed to in advance.
 
2. Subcontracted Labor
Mechanics are subcontractors, not employees. NOVO Repairs facilitates the connection between customers and contractors but is not directly liable for work performed by subcontracted individuals. Any concerns will be mediated by NOVO Repairs.
 
3. No Guarantee or Warranty
NOVO Repairs does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or longevity of any repair. Services are based solely on the customer's reported issue(s). We do not perform inspections unless explicitly stated.
 
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service and is processed securely via Stripe.
The customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting NOVO Repairs to resolve the issue.
Failure to remit payment may result in legal action or collections.
 
5. Limitation of Liability
NOVO Repairs is not liable for:
  • Any incidental or consequential damages related to repair services
  • Further issues not identified or reported at the time of service
  • Mechanical issues outside the scope of the requested repair
 
6. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages regarding:
  • Appointment reminders
  • Service notifications
  • Payment alerts and follow-ups

7. Modifications
NOVO Repairs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised Terms.
